Death is Inevitable: Live for Immortality
Sagaar Baloch
It is too hard for me to write something for those who sacrificed their every thing for the sake of our national freedom. Writing on the philosophy of martyrdom is one of the most difficult task one can do. However, when our emotions need to be expressed it is the only way to express it in terms of words.
Whenever November 13 comes, I remember the words quoted by the mother of a martyr fighter: She says “He is not only my son, but also a son of the whole nation. Allah has given him to me, but loved by the land that needed him. Now, it is not mine wish that he may leave me before I die, but the nation needed him at this time through his sacrifices. I, proudly declare my son a national martyr.”
Now, this bold statement might be considered as either a factual story or an emotional narrative. However, the very reality is that our national movement has not only produced brave and bold sons who sacrifice their everything, but has blessed us with such great mothers who courage us to fight for our national liberation.
“Pass my Salaams (homage) to the all martyrs of Baloch nation,” the mother adds further.
A normal person by hearing such statements can’t believe that the mothers, while looking towards the dead body of their young son, can utter such bold statements that defy common acceptance.
Sacrifice of luxury, happiness, will, and the family is one of the most toughest decision l— yet, sacrifice of self is the greatest decision ever made by any person for collective will. The person who sacrifices himself for the sake of the motherland will be the most valuable asset of the nation. They ensure that the freedom is inevitable, achieving through their blood. The fighters who are fighting for the freedom in any means, believe that It is not a matter of personal preference but rather a commitment to the greatest cause of national liberation. No nation can claim victory without sacrifices.
Once a person sacrificed life and attained the rank of martyrdom, we in proud, endorse the sacrifice with a sincere desire that the cause shall never falter. Every Baloch will be ready to replace the fallen one, not with despair or passivity but with hope and belief in victory— the ultimate goal of national liberation. Our mothers, who have given birth to their children and raised them to adulthood, do wish to see them grow up and become successful in life. However, when the same died before the mother and father, it is a nightmare they never dreamed of. But when they are faced with reality that the son has been taken away, the same parents proudly own and endorse the reality not as a natural fact but rather as a sacrifice for the nation. This is what encourages us to continue our commitment, dedication, and passion towards the movement of national liberation.
Death is an inevitable fact which cannot be ignored or avoided in anyhow, every single person who has arrived in this mortal world has to accept the truth about leaving it behind one day. But the one who wishes to remain forever and to live an eternity through enduring legacy has to sacrifice everything. No one can ever acquire even a small thing without paying the cost. Therefore, a nation cannot achieve its destiny and freedom without paying its ultimate price. The nation must pay for freedom by all means in possible. Sacrifices are the most valuable cost for the cause of national liberation. Sacrifices are the most precious things to be made by the nation to ensure its long life. Sacrifices are made to strengthen the cause of national liberation. Sacrifices are the ultimate means for achieving the freedom of a nation.
A red solute to all those who sacrificed their precious lives for our future and for our freedom. We are sure that a secular, peaceful and sovereign Balochistan will emerge from the blood of our people.
